Synopsis: Turandot is an opera film set in ancient China. Princess Turandot challenges suitors to solve three riddles for the chance to marry her, with death as the penalty for failure. Prince Calaf answers the riddles but must also face a challenge: if Turandot can guess his name, he will die. As the story unfolds, Turandot must confront her fear of love. This visually stunning adaptation of Puccini’s opera features grand sets, costumes, and powerful performances.
